If you are a licensed real estate broker from the Philippines, you might be wondering how you could start your own Realty Company.
Well, it’s relatively easy and it mostly depends on where you are located.
Why?
Because different barangays and different municipalities have different requirements when it comes to paperwork.
But I’m getting ahead of myself.
First of all, you need to be a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
For sole proprietorship, the owner should be a licensed broker.
For partnership and corporations, what I know is that you should act through a licensed broker. (For example, ABC Realty acting thru Juan dela Cruz)
So if you’re serious about starting your own realty company, go ahead and get a license first.
On my next posts, I’ll tell you how to get a barangay business clearance.
To our success in all areas of life,
